Terms
To all contracts, offers, services, and other legal relations of Aerohits GmbH (Munich District Court, HRB132521) the following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) in version 2024.01 are applied:
- The law of the Federal Republic of Germany prevails. International law and especially the provisions of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods do not apply.
- The services offered by Aerohits GmbH are aimed exclusively at business companies and entrepreneurs.
- Other General Terms and Conditions (GTC) as well as other general conditions are excluded.
- Partnership-based cooperation and fair contracts are guidelines for action. Penalties do not apply and are excluded.
- Information on remuneration of Aerohits GmbH are fundamentally plus travel costs, expenses and tax.
- Offers of Aerohits GmbH are always subject to change.
- By third parties unsolicited information (incl. application forms) are possibly not be processed further without giving a reason.
- In case of inconsistency between this GTC in English language and our AGB in German language or inconsistency of other information on this website, the provisions and information in German language will apply.
- Any invalidity or unenforceability of one or more parts of provisions of these terms and conditions shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
- As far as legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is Munich (Germany).
